  I am so over the moon about how our wedding cake turned out. I had gone to several bakeries for our Gasparilla themed wedding. No bakery could do what we wanted done with our cake or even called us back. Alla was so wonderful to work with. She sat down with us in her showroom (which is amazing!) and walked us through each flavor of cake she had in front of us at the tasting. She explained in detail what flavors go well with each filling as well, which was super amazing. I wanted a black cake, fitting our pirate theme, but not too over the top. After having numerous bakeries telling me it was impossible, Alla went above and beyond. She even went as far as drawing out a design as we did our tasting. We left our tasting knowing what our cake would look like, what flavors and fillings we had, and also left with an estimated price. She kept in contact all the way up to our wedding and was quick to respond to any emails when we had questions or concerns. The cake turned out amazing for our wedding. It not only looked amazing, but it tasted wonderful! For a fondant cake, that is a real achievement! The price point was also great for the outstanding service and cake we received. She is an amazing baker and cake designer and I am so happy we found her!
